Get in shape for the 2026 wakeboard season with our weekly do-from-home wakeboard workouts. Feel strong and in harmony with your body and board from your first session on, and skip the muscle soreness! 

Designed by riders for riders. 

Every fitness level is welcome. We will do the workout not too hard to complete. Don't worry. 

 

What you will get:
  • 12 online training sessions to do from home 
  • Guided session by Nico von Lerchenfeld and Benny Jahnke 
  • Different Workouts (strength with bodyweight, cardio, flexibility, balance, with equipment, specific trainings)
  • Fitness Assessment (at the beginning and end of the course)   
  • Motivation to work out with other wakeboarders 

 

Timetable 

The workout will be every Wednesday from 7:00 - 7:45 pm!

The first workout will be on the 14th of January and the last one will be on the 1st of April.
